Handmade Placement Tolerance
Every item is handmade. Your design is positioned and applied by hand, so small variations are a natural part of handmade production. Placement is measured from the centre of the design. It may shift up to 0.4 mm in any direction and turn up to 2°. Variations within this range are normal and are not considered defects. If your item is outside this range, contact us and we'll make it right.
Returns
As each item is a custom print product, unfortunately we cannot accept returns unless the item was supplied faulty.
Our team will ship your order within 5 business days. The time it takes to receive your order depends on the shipping method chosen at checkout.
We hope you love it. Items custom-made with your name or logo are produced to order, so we can't accept returns on them, except for manufacturing defects or damage in transit.
