We can also do special production runs for large orders, and we offer a clear product guarantee for long-lasting value.

We ship quickly and reliably across the UK, Europe and the US. Printed-to-order purchases typically arrive within 4 to 8 business days, and we offer free shipping on orders over £99. If you would like to place a bulk order or have a special request, please email us at info@pamusan.com.

You can place an order for a custom tote bag directly on our website. Simply choose the tote bag style you prefer, select your customisation options (such as colour, design, and text), and add the item to your cart.

You can upload your logo or design file during checkout. If you prefer, you can also email your design to info@pamusan.com after placing the order. Our team will review your file and confirm the design before production.

The production time for customised tote bags is typically 5-7 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Yes! For every order, we provide a design preview and send it to you for approval before production begins.

If you would like to see a preview before placing an order, you can email us your desired design at info@pamusan.com, and our team will be happy to share a sample preview

We currently accept payments through Shopify Payments, which supports all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We will also be adding PayPal and other payment methods to our store soon. Please check our site regularly for updates.

We don’t have a minimum order value. However, each product has its own minimum quantity requirement, which ensures efficient production and fair pricing. You can find the minimum quantity for each product directly on its product page

All products are shipped from Turkey via FedEx. All taxes and duties are included in the price — you will not pay any extra fees upon delivery.

We also produce custom-made products in bulk quantities.
