WASHING PROCESS: Our products are made of cotton. Therefore, it shrinks in the washing process. Wash the products in cold water and iron them while they are still wet. 5-10% shrinkage is normal because the products are made of cotton and untreated fabric.

NOTE: There may be a (+1, -1) cm difference. These measurement differences are normal as the products are handmade.

Production & Delivery Time

All orders are produced within 1–3 working days after confirmation.

Delivery to the UK typically takes an additional 2–5 working days, meaning most customers receive their orders within 4–8 working days in total.

Due to the customised and bulk nature of our products, personalised items cannot be returned.

Sample (non-custom) items may be returned within 14 days if unused.
