All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Washing Process
As the bags are 100% cotton, they may shrink slightly during washing.
Cold hand wash recommended.
Note
Since each bag is handmade, slight size variations of ±1 cm are normal.
Handmade Placement Tolerance
Every item is handmade. Your design is positioned and applied by hand, so small variations are a natural part of handmade production. Placement is measured from the centre of the design. It may shift up to 0.4 mm in any direction and turn up to 2°. Variations within this range are normal and are not considered defects. If your item is outside this range, contact us and we'll make it right.
Returns
As each product is made to order with custom printing, we cannot accept returns unless the item is faulty.
