Order Process :

You can load your logo or image from the print file download area that will be printed on the T-shirt.
If your print is not ready yet, simply send it to destek@istecanta.com with your order number.
Once you have created your order, our graphics team will then be communicated to your specific email address or phone in a PC environment to obtain your consent. Once your approval has been received, the printing will continue.

Print Information :

The maximum print area size for a T-shirt is 17x24 cm. Additional fees may apply for larger print areas upon request. You can also get support from our account representatives to ensure that your design is full floor.
Product prints are changed to custom printing, serigraphic, dtf, or transfer printing. The Principal decides on the technique of custom and design. Get information from our agents if you want a print type with this feature
You can submit your designs in JPG, AI, PSD, PDF, PNG, EPS, TIF, and other formats. In the event that there are no designs, our team can add your type and pictures for you.

Production and Delivery Information :

Production time : 2-4 business days, 3-5 business days for your cargo to arrive. In total, your products will be available within 4-6 business days. These times are not certain. Depending on the carrier and the status of our product inventory, the duration may be extended. Production time on dark-colored prints is 4-6 business days, shipping time is 2-4 business days.

Your custom printed orders cannot be returned. Orders are made exclusively for you. No return or cancelation except for a manufacturing error.

Cautions :

Since the printed area is cloth, it is normal to have color changes. It cannot possibly hold an exact color. The ground is white, which can cause a change in the color of the visual. It can be adjusted to 90-95% color. Your next orders will show deviations in color due to the tonal and printing press settings.

Wash Instruction :

Wash at a maximum temperature of 30 °C
Do not use bleach
Don't do tanburn drying
Iron at low temperature
Dry cleaning is not permitted
It is recommended to follow the wash instructions for long-life use of the products.

All orders are produced within 1–3 working days after confirmation.

Delivery to the UK typically takes an additional 2–5 working days, meaning most customers receive their orders within 4–8 working days in total.

Delivery & return policy

Due to the customised and bulk nature of our products, personalised items cannot be returned.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours and we will assist you.

Sample (non-custom) items may be returned within 14 days if unused.

All products are shipped directly from our production facility in Turkey via express courier (FedEx / DHL).
