Once approved, we will proceed with printing and ship it out as soon as possible. Please note we do not provide graphic design services, but simple text customization can be handled. If there are any issues, feel free to reach out for assistance.

Production Time: Current processing time is 1-3 days.

Washing Instructions:

Our products are made of cotton, and therefore may shrink in the washing process. Recommended: Cold Hand Wash.

Note: There may be a (+/-1 cm) difference in measurements as the products are handmade.

Returns: As each item is a custom print product, we cannot accept returns unless the item was supplied faulty.

As a direct wholesale manufacturer, most of our products are offered with minimum order quantities. This allows us to maintain efficient production and provide better bulk pricing for our customers.

If you would like to check the quality before placing a large order, you can order a sample.

After receiving your sample, if you decide to proceed with a bulk purchase, we will provide you with a special discount code valid for 3 months to support your order.

Production & Delivery Time

All orders are produced within 1–3 working days after confirmation.

Delivery to the UK typically takes an additional 2–5 working days, meaning most customers receive their orders within 4–8 working days in total.

Delivery & return policy

Due to the customised and bulk nature of our products, personalised items cannot be returned.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours and we will assist you.

Sample (non-custom) items may be returned within 14 days if unused.

All products are shipped directly from our production facility in Turkey via express courier (FedEx / DHL).
